the downside of the signature settings is, that once you have opted to
include a signature it will be added to each new email you write.
THe alternative is to install the tagzille extension. its like a plugin,
where you can define endless numbers of tags that you might wish to
add to your emails. Here again, you create a text file wherin you may
define your desired number of multiple-line tags. Each time you compose
an email and want to add your signature or any other predefined tag you
simple "press shift J" and select the tag to insert. There is also the
option to automatically ad the tag of your choice.
You find a wepage on tagzilla here: http://tagzilla.mozdev.org/index.html
Post by Charles JonesPost by RE DesrochesUsing Moz 1.4.1 and would like to know how to create an e-mail
signature to use every time I send out mail? Do I have to use Digital
Signature?
Thanks, RED
If you mean the signature that appears after your text use notepad to
create a text file with your signature information. Save the file
someplace where you can find it. Go to Edit | Mail & newsgroup account
settings, select your mail or news account and check the box for "use
this signature, click the choose button and browse to the signature file
you just created. Ok your way out and mail for this account will now
attach that signature. You can have different signatures for each account.
